Our free medical outreach for the elderly and vunerable

Our role as a care-based organization for the elderly is to provide for the aged and most vulnerable once who, for various reasons, requiring assistance with activities of daily living. CACH provides the necessary support needed to give the elderly comfortable options to continue to age gracefully, happily and fulfilled.

The organization is committed to providing person-centered care to meet the individual care needs and preferences of our clients. The Person-centered care promotes a positive interaction between the caregivers and the elderly to ensure active and mutual involvement in the physical, health, psychological care and support processes.

Sometimes it’s the little things that make all the difference. Just knowing that somebody will be there for you to help with your daily tasks gives you the freedom of remaining independent in your own home. Whether you need additional help with your shopping or a hand with domestic chores, we can be there for you, offering the social care that you need.

This is a platform where CACH staff, volunteers and or partners provide regular free medical outreaches/other services to the elderly either in their communities, CACH facility or any other location of their choice.
